How do I place an order?

Please submit a custom order request. We will get back to you via email within 3 business days with our availability. Please note, there is a slower response time for inquiries placed over the weekend. 

If available, we will discuss order details through email. Once details are finalized, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. No order is begun until a deposit is received. Order placed with a quick turnaround time is subject to rush fees.

We will follow up with an order pickup reminder the week of your pickup date providing the pickup details (date, time, and location). The remaining balance should be paid prior to pickup. 

Do you have an order minimum? 

Yes, we have a 2 dozen order minimum. We allow up to 2 designs per dozen. 

What is your pricing?

Our cookies start at $74/dozen. Pricing is dependent on design, theme, and level of detail. 

How far in advance should I place an order?

The earlier, the better! We typically prefer a 3-4 week lead time for each order as it allows us to order any material needed for your order. However, we are booking about a month in advance. 

How long are the cookies good for?

All our cookies are packaged individually in clear bags and heat-sealed to maintain their freshness. From receiving your order, we recommend cookies be consumed within two weeks. Our cookies are also great if frozen. Please let us know if you'd like us to include freezing instructions with your order.

Do you ship or deliver orders?

Sadly, we cannot ship orders and we do not deliver orders.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Springfield, VA area. We are about a 5-minute drive from Lake Braddock Secondary School. Once an order is confirmed, the exact location will be provided in the pickup reminder email. 

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples. We do offer pre-orders for certain holidays and that is a great time to try our cookies as we do not have an order minimum for these orders.

What flavors do you have?

We currently only offer our lemon vanilla bean sugar cookies. We hope to someday offer more flavors!

What is your cancellation policy?

Please know, as a small business, we are unable to offer full refunds for event cancellations; however, we will credit you the amount of your order towards a future date and/or event, if we’ve been provided sufficient notice and have not begun work on your order. 

 

Orders that have been paid in full or we received deposits for, can reschedule orders to a later date pending availability on the new date and if we’ve not begun work on your order. If you suspect you may need to reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible.
